The Prophet's Mosque is dedicated to serving the large number of visitors with a focus on providing a positive experience. Various services are offered, including fatwas via phone, with dedicated offices and phone numbers for inquiries. The mosque also houses a library on its roof, open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and offers classes delivered by scholars specialized in Sharia sciences after the five compulsory prayers.

Additionally, the mosque provides copies of the Holy Qur'an and translations in various languages, including Braille versions for the visually impaired. Wheelchairs are available free of charge for those with special needs, and a Lost and Found Office is on hand for inquiries about lost items. Zamzam water is served in cold, sterile containers throughout the mosque and surrounding courtyards.

Special prayer areas, foldable chairs, escalators, and sliders cater to individuals with special needs, and a Drifters Care Center is located at Al-Baqi' Cemetery Wall. Translation of the Friday Sermon is available in seven languages, and Qur'an study group sessions can be registered for onsite or through the mosque's website. Additionally, a large number of foldable, light, and easy-to-carry chairs are available for the elderly and those with excuses.

For visitors arriving by car, the mosque offers parking in its basement, accommodating 4,300 cars and accessible through six entrances connected to the main streets around the mosque. These services reflect the mosque's commitment to ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all who visit.
